We are hiring a Production Associate for our client to support daily manufacturing operations. This hands-on role focuses on cutting, finishing, inspection, and general production tasks to ensure parts meet quality and quantity requirements.

Pay: $17-$18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate cutting and secondary production equipment following work instructions
• Measure, cut, grind, flatten, and finish parts to required specifications
• Assemble components and complete basic production tasks
• Perform visual and mechanical checks during the production process
• Track quantities and ensure accuracy throughout each job
• Maintain organized workstations, tools, and production materials
• Communicate with team members to support quality and production goals
• Assist with other production-related duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
